Gency Studio is an AI-powered unmanned photo booth installed at Busan Station that redefines travel photography by combining robotics, motion tracking, and VFX technologies to offer a cinematic self-shooting experience. Developed a custom kiosk interface, installed and operated the full LED display system, and produced immersive background videos that respond in real time to user movements and camera angles. This seamless integration of kiosk, camera, and visual system enhances user engagement and immersion, while improving operational efficiency and minimizing the need for on-site staff.
